Step 4 - Generate Reports
Once all of your Participants have completed their
Surveys and you have retrieved their responses from the web, you are ready to
start generating the reports.
The links below bring you to annotated examples of each report**. We
strongly suggest viewing these reports so you can see for yourself
the wealth of information that you will have as a result of using AllPoints
Feedback Software for your 360° feedback performance reviews.
- The
Supervisory Summary lists all of the numeric responses, organized by
Participant, for a particular Evaluation. This allows the Evaluation
Administrator to quickly tell if "Olympic Scoring" (dropping high and low
scores) should be used when generating the Evaluation Summary.
- The Anomaly
Report provides Evaluation Administrators with information about which
Participants are extremely harsh or overly generous in their ratings of other
Employees on a consistent basis. This information can be a potent indicator of
Participant training needs.
- The
Trend Analysis Report is an excellent summary of the ratings received by
an Employee over a series of performance reviews. It allows Supervisors to
present rating trends which show whether the Employee's skills are perceived
as improving or declining over time. This information can help Employees
better focus their personal or career development efforts.
- The
Evaluation Summary is what most people envision when they think of a
"performance review". This report averages Participants' responses and
presents the overall rating for an Employee. Evaluation Administrators can use
the default settings to produce a standard format, or select options for how
they want information displayed on the report.
- The
Upcoming Evaluations Report provides a quick snapshot of Employee
Evaluations scheduled during a specific timeframe. This helps Evaluation
Administrators plan pre-evaluation activities such as determining Participants
for a specific Evaluation, establishing time frames for completion of Surveys,
and communicating expectations to the Participants.
