Advanced Parameters
Additional settings you can use to show an Employee Summary Report. Such additional parameters might be changing the weightings of questions, dropping the supervisor's score, etc.
AllPoints Feedback
Software that allows you to compile evaluation information about a particular employee from several of the employee's peers (or customers). With AllPoints Feedback you can generate a variety of reports, look at an employee's performance trends over a specified period of time, and manage the data in a number of ways.
Anomaly Report
A report that shows participants' evaluation trends for one or more employee evaluations. It is useful to show whether a participant tends to score employees high or low, or a score for an employee that stands out as unusually high or low.

Category List Option
An option under the Setup menu that allows you access to category information. Through this selection, you may add, change, and delete category names in evaluation forms, as well as view and print category lists.
Confirm Deletion window
A window that appears for all 'Delete' buttons to confirm that you want to delete information.

Delete Old Evaluations Option
An option under the Setup menu that allows you to delete all evaluations created before the date you specify.
Department
A subcategory of a division. It is used by the Employee List report to group employees by department.
Direct Report
An employee. A flag in the Employee Information screen indicating that an employee directly reports to the supervisor specified in the software. An employee being evaluated and tracked by the software vs. only being a participant in others evaluations. The number of direct reports that can be tracked is determined by the number of Employee Expansion licenses purchased.
Division
A subcategory of organization. It is used by the Employee List report to group employees by division.

Employee
The name of a person under your supervision whose performance will be evaluated by participants via AllPoints Feedback.
Employee Evaluation Detail
An evaluation form to be used by the participants to evaluate an employee's performance.,
Employee Evaluation Detail Window
A window preview of the Evaluation Forms.
Employee Evaluation Responses Window
The window where survey results are entered into AllPoints Feedback.
Employee List Long Form
A report that displays all information stored in AllPoints Feedback for a particular employee or participant.
Employee List Short Form
A report that displays the employee's name, identification number, job title, and gender. It is intended to be used as a list of potential participants for a peer-to-peer evaluation .
Employees / Participants Information Window
This window shows the required and optional information stored in the system for a specific employee.
Employees / Participants Window
A list of all the employees and participants currently stored in the system. You may add, change, and delete employees and participants from the database using this window.
Employees Menu
A menu on the AllPoints Feedback Main window that allows quick access to Employee/Participant functions, such as adding and editing employee/participant information, as well as printing an Employee List.
Evaluation Form
The printed survey to be completed by participants for a given employee.
Evaluation Form Option
An option in the Setup menu that allows you to see all of the evaluation forms available for your organization. You may add a new form, change a form, delete a form, as well as view and print a form from this selection.
Evaluation Period End Date
The day when an employee's evaluation period ends (mm/dd/yy form).
Evaluation Period Start Date
The day when an employee's evaluation period begins (mm/dd/yy form).
Evaluation Summary Report
A report that summarized an employee's evaluation, including the names of participants and the averaged scores by category.
Evaluations Menu
A menu option of the AllPoints Feedback Main window that allows access to Evaluation information, such as setting up and printing evaluation forms, as well as adding and editing other forms, and entering evaluation responses.

FLSA status
FLSA stands for Fair Labor Standards Act and it refers to the employee's exempt / non-exempt status.

General Tab Sheet
A tab sheet in the 'System' option of the Setup menu. This tab sheet allows you to change the name of the organization in AllPoints Feedback, as well as type optional field labels. In addition, you may turn the Opening AllPoints Feedback window (opening window) on or off from this tab sheet.

ID Number
A unique identifier, such as a Social Security number or employee number.

Job Code
An abbreviation for a job title (e.g. E-4 for Senior Engineer).
Job Title
The name of a position or responsibility (e.g. Senior Engineer).

This field shows the beginning and end dates for the latest evaluation period.

The mailing address within a building for an area or group of offices.

Navigating
You can use the mouse to move from one field to another. In addition, you can press TAB to move forward from one field to another, and press SHIFT + TAB to move backward through fields. Furthermore, all Windows navigating techniques apply. Again, see the Microsoft Windows User Guide for further information about Windows conventions.
Next Evaluation Date
The date of the next scheduled evaluation. This field automatically populates the Evaluation Period End Date when you are setting up a new evaluation.

Opening AllPoints Feedback Initial Setup
This is the first window to appear after you first install AllPoints Feedback. It asks you to enter information to set yourself up as the system supervisor.
Opening AllPoints Feedback Window
Usually the first window to appear upon opening AllPoints Feedback from the Windows Program Manager. This window provides options for setting up a new performance evaluation, opening an existing evaluation, entering performance evaluation responses, and printing an Upcoming Evaluations Report.

Participant
A person selected by the employee and supervisor to fill out a performance survey that evaluates the employee. Participants are not evaluated - they only participate in others evaluations. You can have an unlimited number of participants in the database.
Pay Frequency
The frequency by which an employee is paid. Valid choices are Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-monthly, and Monthly.
Printing Window
A window for the various PRINT buttons that shows the record currently being read (e.g., 3 of 545), and the percentage of the total completed.
Purpose and Instructions
Directions on the evaluation form for the participants to follow when filling out their forms.

Question List Option
An option under the Setup menu that allows you access to question information. Through this selection, you may add, change, and delete questions in evaluation forms, as well as view or print question lists.

A menu option of the AllPoints Feedback Main window that lets you access all of the reports available in AllPoints Feedback.

Salary Grade
A classification of a salary or group of salaries (e.g. SG14).
Setup Menu
A menu in the AllPoints Feedback Main window that allows access to several additional options. These options include: System functions, Evaluation Form information and changes, Category List information and changes, Question List information and changes, Rating List information and changes, and old evaluation deletions.
Supervisor Information
Information about the supervisor using this copy of AllPoints Feedback. Supervisor information must be entered to the system before it can be used.
Supervisor Summary Report
A report that summarizes employee evaluation information for the supervisor. It includes the employee being evaluated, his/her ID number, evaluation period, category scores by participant ID number, and overall average.
Supervisor Tab Sheet
A tab sheet in the 'System' option of the Setup menu that allows you to change the name of the supervisor to a different employee in AllPoints Feedback.
Survey Results
The responses provided by a participant for a particular employee's performance.
System Option
An option under the Setup menu that allows you access to the general and supervisor tab sheets. These tab sheets allow you to change the name of your organization in AllPoints Feedback, or change the supervisor name, among other things.

Trend Report
A report showing an employee's performance trends over two or more evaluation periods. It shows the average score by category for previous years and the total average.

A report that shows Direct Report employees who have evaluations scheduled for a specified time period.
