Maintenance/ Support /Survey Upgrade fee is included in this package

Employee Expansion License - $350.00 (USD)

One license for each additional group of 20 Direct Reports
Allows another set of 20 Direct Reports to be evaluated
Allows unlimited number of evaluations per Direct Report per year

Annual Maintenance/Support and Survey Upgrade Service - $195.00 (USD) per year per license

Based on number of licenses the organization has purchased
The first year's Maintenance and Support fee is included in the Start-Up license price
Billed on anniversary of first Start–Up license purchased
